Overview

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused People Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day people matters – from employee relations to performance, policy, recruitment, and wellbeing. You will help drive a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture by delivering expert advice, responsive support, and consistent service across the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support on a wide range of people matters, becoming a go-to advisor for people leaders and employees.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, return-to-work, and employee engagement initiatives that make a real difference.
  • Help shape and implement key P&C policies, processes, and projects to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team committed to inclusion, innovation, and service excellence.
