Base pay range A$70,000.00/yr - A$90,000.00/yr Join a Team Committed to Excellence in Dental TechnologyThe Distinction Dental Lab, is part of The Dental Group—which includes The Sydney Implant Institute, The Dental Lounge, and Dental 99—is seeking a talented Dental Technician with expertise in CAD dental design.
Our new, state-of-the-art facility features advanced milling machines, 3 D printers, and the latest technology, enabling us to produce high-quality restorations entirely in-house.

Your Role: Creating and designing digital dental restorations using CAD software Producing a variety of dental products, including surgical guides, crowns, bridges, and dentures Collaborating with clinicians to understand their requirements and ensure optimal results Performing wax-up procedures and detailed finishing work on restorations Maintaining accurate records and documentation of work done Adhering to health, safety, and quality regulations at all times Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Technician with a strong focus on CAD design2+ years experience in Exo CAD or a similar system Ability to design and modify dental restorations, ranging from single crowns to full arch solutions Knowledge of implant dentistry, particularly All-on-X and abutment design Experience with anterior pressed restorations and high aesthetic requirements Strong manual dexterity and experience with monolithic zirconia Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with dentists and the dental team If you are a dedicated and skilled technician eager to contribute to a high-performance team, we encourage you to apply and be part of our commitment to creating beautiful smilesBenefits Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Salary Supportive Team Culture Sydney CBD location close to public transport Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Design Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Dental Lounge Sydney by 2x Get notified about new Dental Technician jobs in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
