Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales revenue across software, cloud, hardware, and professional services, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Establish new business opportunities through self-generated activities, lead conversion, and participation in campaigns and events.
- Grow existing accounts by selling additional licenses and modules.
- Maintain strong sales discipline with accurate forecasting and quarterly commitments.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies to foster further sales opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to deliver solutions.
- Enhance marketplace awareness of Kronos solutions within relevant sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hunting for new business in Enterprise Software sales.
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
- Experience with sales cycles of 9-18 months and achieving over 100% of targets.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Industry knowledge in retail, manufacturing, or service/distribution sectors is preferred.
- Degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Personal Attributes:
- Tenacious, persistent, target-oriented, resilient, and commercially savvy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
