  • Monitor processing of invoices and prepare monthly billings for projects.
  • Response to billing questions from customers ensuring all cost were billed on timely basis
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up with client in non-payment cases
  • Organized records of invoices, bills and deposits
  • Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with statutory requirements
  • Conduct credit check
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual accounts receivables ageing reports
  • Support Accounts Receivables team on daily basis and train new team members
  • Ensure Accounts Receivables team members follow accounting principles
  • Performing any other daily accounting related duties as assigned
  • Assisting account teams for ad-hoc assignment

Job Specification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in accountancy/partial professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum 5 years related field is required for this position
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP is an added advantage
  • Meticulous in details and high disciplines in meeting deadlines
  • Analytical, self-motivated, high degree of integrity, pro-active work approach and effective team player
  • Good trouble shooting skill and ability to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Contract: 1 year
