About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our Business and Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a portfolio of large electricity and gas business customers, achieving sales targets through brokers, consultants, and direct customer portfolios. This role will provide exposure to acquisition of new business providing growth opportunities working collaboratively with other teams.
In this role you will..
- Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers.
- Innovate and offer non-commodity-related products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage data accurately, report effectively, and identify new opportunities.
- Adhere to sales processes, regulatory obligations, and ensure quality assurance
- Degree in marketing, sales, economics, or commerce is advantageous
- Significant experience in the energy sector and B2B sales, with a deep understanding of electricity and gas markets
- Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, B2B sales, regulatory compliance, and financial acumen
- Customer first mindset to understand and meet their needs and enhance their customer journey
- A collaborative and innovative team player
