The LMG Lending BDM will support LMG by growing the white label business to achieve market share growth year on year. This role will provide a range of support services directly to the LMG network including assistance with loan structure, scenarios, accreditation coordination, and complaint management. The role will also have responsibilities for managing technical content in training, events, marketing collateral, and websites.

Key responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationships 50% :
    • Book proactive appointments and phone calls with our broker network
    • Build broker relationships and knowledge of the LMG Lending offering in collaboration with LMG team members
    • Attend State LMG meetings and provide updates and feedback on results against objectives
    • Utilise Hubspot to track activity
    • Organise group-based strategic meetings
    • Manage complaints from brokers and customers
    • Handle post-settlement enquiries and management from brokers and customers
  2. Operational 30% :
    • Manage one White Label lender relationship (SME / Ownership)
    • Drive lender BDM activity
    • Handle product pricing and policy exemption escalations
    • Manage post-settlement enquiries
  3. Technical 20% :
    • Oversee technical content for training, events, marketing collateral, and websites
    • Input data for staff and broker loans submitted for White Label
    • Coordinate accreditation trainings

KPI's will be measured by white label market share growth both nationally and in each state. This will form the basis of the bonus structure. KPIs include settlement volume, broker activity, and overall strategic growth.

Qualifications and skills
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management)
  • Diploma in Financial Services (Finance / Mortgage Management)
  • Experience in the finance industry (lending, underwriting, sales, customer service)
  • Mortgage lending experience (sales or underwriting)
  • Negotiating skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
