About the Role
Trade-to-Account Manager –Step off the tools and into a sales role where your practical trade experience matters
In this full-time role, you'll leverage your trade knowledge and industry contacts to cultivate client relationships, focusing on new business development, building key referral connections, responding to client enquiries, and facilitating service delivery to meet the needs of our growing client base.
This role is based in Heidelberg, offering full administrative support so you can lean into what you know best: connecting with clients and selling smartly.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through sales calls and referrals, using your trade background and industry network to drive account growth.
- Manage and grow a client portfolio in the electrical field, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Identify and seize sales opportunitieswith new and existing clients to support business growth
- Conduct site visits and stay connected with client operations, understanding their needs to strengthen partnerships.
What We're Looking For
Trade Expertise: Electrical trade knowledge and industry experience to effectively connect with clients and identify business opportunities
Experience in sales: Experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to build strong relationships with clients - you're confident speaking with new and existing clients
A collaborative mindset: The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Achieving sales targets:Proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service
