Bambini Health is looking for an experienced and dynamicPractice Manager (Clinic Manager)to take the wheel of our busy paediatric clinic and keep us running at full speed

This isn't just another admin role — it's aboutleading with confidence, thinking on your feet, and keeping your finger on the pulse of everything from clinic efficiency to NDIS compliance.You'll be the go-to problem solver, culture builder, and operational driver behind our exceptional client care team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead & Inspire– Provide high-level leadership across our client care and therapy teams, ensuring operations flow seamlessly and our workplace buzzes with positive energy.
• Drive Performance– Monitor clinic-wide targets and take quick, smart action when needed.
• Stay Ahead on NDIS– Keep up with NDIS changes, ensuring our services and systems are always ahead of the curve.
• Grow the Team– Lead the client care team, mentor staff, and work with supervisors to identify training opportunities for the whole team.
• Manage the Numbers– Oversee accounts and suggest clever ways to improve.
• Refine the Client Journey– Continuously tweak processes to make the client experience smoother, faster, and more delightful.
• Solve Problems Fast– Spot risks early, resolve complaints, and be the first to turn a tricky situation into a success story.

What We're Looking For

• Solid leadership experience (allied health or NDIS experience highly valued)
• Confident interpreting financial reports and turning data into action
• A deep understanding of the NDIS and how it shapes service delivery
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you see challenges as puzzles, not problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a dash of high emotional intelligence
• Tech-savvy with clinic management tools (Splose, Asana, Gmail, TyroHealth — or quick to learn)
• A self-starter who thrives on independence but also values team connection

Salary Range: $70 000 - $85 000
