Are you a dynamic, people-focused leader ready to empower and elevate a high-performing team? Hunter New England Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our Revenue Unit, supporting the Debt Recovery and Receipting teams in delivering exceptional service and revenue outcomes.

Stepping into a key leadership role you will inspire a dedicated team of 10, lead through change, and drive meaningful outcomes. You'll play a hands-on role in shaping strategy, developing your people, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead, inspire and support a high-performing team with a strong focus on morale, collaboration, and professional growth.

Provide ongoing training and expert revenue policy advice to administrative staff across the District.

Analyse revenue data and team performance, identifying strategies to optimise patient fee generation and recovery.

Manage workforce activities including recruitment, induction, performance reviews, and professional development.

Build productive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure maximum revenue is raised, recovered, and receipted.
