- Fresh food retail knowledge
- Completion of 2nd Year Butchery Apprenticeship is essential
- Expertise in supervising team members
- An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit
- Accurate staff rostering will be an advantage
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
