About the roleReporting to the Director, Direct to Consumer, this is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and delivering Penfolds' commercial partnerships and corporate client strategy. You'll drive new revenue opportunities, build premium client experiences, and enable scalable infrastructure to unlock growth.
Build and scale value from commercial partnerships through clear tools, processes, and alignment
Identify, secure, and manage brand-aligned partners that deliver strategic reach and engagement
Design and implement corporate client strategy, covering segmentation, offers, fulfilment, and engagement
Lead acquisition and relationship management of high-value corporate clients through tailored proposals and negotiations
Develop the infrastructure and governance to support growth, including pricing frameworks, toolkits, and CRM visibility
You're a commercially astute professional with a passion for building premium partnerships and delivering new ways to connect with clients. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and know how to turn strategy into results.
Proven background in commercial partnerships, corporate engagement, or premium sales
Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess, prioritise, and shape new opportunities
Skilled in designing brand-aligned offers and premium client experiences
Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
Organised, outcome-focused and collaborative, with a track record of building new capability
