Your new role :

Lead and support a small team of Clinical Assistants to ensure the smooth operation of tissue recovery and distribution. You will :

  • Manage rostering, workload, and leave for your team.
  • Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Coordinate receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues.
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain efficient operations.

About you :

You're a proactive leader with experience in clinical or tissue banking environments. You bring :

  • Team leadership and training skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn GMP warehousing and tissue logistics.
  • Excellent communication and a commitment to respectful, quality care.
