Clinical Assistant Supervisor, Operations and Logistics

Your New RoleLead and support a small team of Clinical Assistants to ensure the smooth operation of tissue recovery and distribution. You will:
- Manage rostering, workload, and leave for your team.
- Oversee quality, safety, and compliance with clinical standards.
- Coordinate receipt, processing, and distribution of donated tissues.
- Collaborate across teams to maintain efficient operations.
You're a proactive leader with experience in clinical or tissue banking environments. You bring:
- Team leadership and training skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn GMP warehousing and tissue logistics.
- Excellent communication and a commitment to respectful, quality care.
