Are you an experienced administrator looking for a meaningful full-time role in a supportive, community-driven environment?

Levande is seeking a warm and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at North Lakes. This is a permanent full-time position.

About the role
You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the village, working closely with the Village Manager and team to deliver high-quality service to our residents and their families.

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
  • Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications
  • Assist with organising community events and activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Village Manager
  • Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping

About you :
You'll bring a proactive attitude and a friendly approach, along with:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus)
  • The ability to work well within a close-knit team
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
  • Make a positive impact in a connected, resident-first environment
