Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee the management and execution of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, along with technical expertise in HVAC, fire, and electrical services.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of safety.
  • Oversee daily project activities on-site and remotely, efficiently managing materials and labor to meet project deadlines.
  • Provide expert technical support to subcontractors and staff, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with senior management to enhance profitability and drive market sustainability.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
  • Offer training and mentorship opportunities to colleagues, promoting continuous professional growth and career advancement.
Key Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Current Arctick License
  • Restricted Electrical License
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Advanced communication skills with diverse groups, including experience in client relationship building and conflict resolution
  • An analytical mind with strong technical capabilities and expertise in contract administration within the HVAC industry
