Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality HVAC design and construction projects. As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve managing project budgets, timelines, and quality using established processes, leading effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain smooth project execution, and overseeing project cash flow and ensuring financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience of at least 2 years in HVAC project management or a similar role, with strong communication, attention to detail, and computer literacy skills. They will also possess a positive attitude, the ability to meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure. Familiarity with project management practices such as PMBOK is also essential. PMP certification and extensive experience managing HVAC projects are desirable.
