About The TeamThe Integrated Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) provides complex secondary and tertiary level health care. CYMHS offers specialized mental health services for families with children and young people (birth to 18 years) experiencing severe and complex mental health problems, which cannot be met by other services.
About The Role- Research and analyze complex project/policy issues; communicate findings and options to management.
- Generate consumer-level non-admitted data reports for leadership using subject matter expertise and databases.
- Provide expertise for community/ambulatory CYMHS infrastructure and digital transformation.
- Recommend system enhancements for Activity Based Funding (ABF) data collection and revenue optimization.
- Advise on non-admitted performance data validity; act as a central resource for CYMHS non-admitted data; liaise with DOH reporting team.
- Prepare ad-hoc business intelligence on ambulatory performance and trends.
- Lead or participate in mental health digital transformation and ambulatory care projects (scoping, change management, BI).
- Proactively analyze CYMHS ambulatory activity and develop solutions aligning with CHQ CYMHS strategy.
- Develop BI solutions to track CYMHS ambulatory performance; partner with teams to resolve issues.
- Lead evaluation of ambulatory CYMHS process efficiency; map current and future state, and implement projects.
- Advise stakeholders and management on CYMHS ambulatory performance and mental health digital transformation.
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships; facilitate communication.
- Represent CHQ CYMHS in state-wide meetings on community CYMHS ABF and mental health digital transformation.
