Our Global Software Client Is Hiring: Manager, Strategy & Business Operations (IT Solutions Market)

Location: Flexible / Remote-friendly

What You'll Do
  • Support business leaders by applying structured problem-solving to complex challenges
  • Drive long-term strategy and lead strategic projects from ideation to execution
  • Identify and size opportunities using financial modelling and develop actionable recommendations
  • Stay close to the pulse of the business, inspire change, and collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales teams
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
  • Open to graduates from any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to structure problems and develop compelling narratives and recommendations
  • Strong business acumen, especially around profitability and growth in a technology or SaaS context
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and working with senior leaders
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving work independently
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in technology
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS business models
  • Knowledge of developer, project management, or productivity tools markets
