The UI Merchandising Assistant is a hands-on, operational role focused on the day-to-day execution of content promotion on the Fetch user interface. Reporting to the UI Merchandising Manager, you will primarily use the provisioning system to insert and place content. You will also provide crucial support by sourcing content assets from providers, coordinating approvals for marketing materials, and assisting with the maintenance of content schedules and highlight documents. This role requires strong collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely content delivery.

Responsibilities

Content Promotion Implementation: reporting into the UI Merchandising Manager, Using Fetch's provisioning system the role will primarily focus on the insertion and placement of content promotion on Fetch's user interface

Marketing Material Support & Approval Coordination: When required, supporting internal teams (Revenue, Customer Communications, Brand Marketing) by providing content assets for their marketing materials, and coordinating with content providers to seek necessary approvals for these materials.

Content Planning & Schedule Assistance: When required, assisting in maintaining monthly content highlight documents across various content types (Movie/TV Store, Channel Packs, Streaming, Sport) and supporting the development of a monthly User Interface promotional schedule.

Content Asset Sourcing & Management: Interacting with content providers (studios, channels, streaming services) to source assets for marketing materials, and collaborating with the design team to resize these assets for various creative executions.

Qualifications

• Operational Proficiency: Experience with content management or provisioning systems to accurately place and manage content on a user interface.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to effectively manage and track multiple tasks, timelines, content assets, and approval processes.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams (Marketing, Revenue) and external content providers.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to sourcing assets, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accuracy in all content placement.
• Collaborative Team Player: You proactively partner with internal teams and external providers to achieve shared goals.
• Proactive & Adaptable: You can anticipate needs and are comfortable shifting between various support tasks as required.
• Highly Organised: You are disciplined and methodical, ensuring content assets and schedules are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Dependable: You are a reliable point of contact for timely support and coordination, instilling confidence in stakeholders.
