Our purpose-built centre is located in the Flockton Street shopping precinct, providing convenience and a vibrant local community atmosphere.

• Take the lead in our Kindergarten room in a fun, rewarding full-time capacity, supporting children aged 3–5 years as they develop confidence, curiosity, and school readiness skills.
• Work between our flexible hours of 6:30am – 6:30pm, in a team where collaboration and support are part of the culture.
• Partner with our experienced Early Childhood Professional team, who draw on strong links with local primary schools to help children transition successfully to school.
• We foster a play-based learning environment that encourages child agency, builds a sense of belonging, and nurtures connections with Country and culture.
• Work under the guidance of our Centre Director, who brings over 10 years of experience with Goodstart, holds a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Business Administration, and leads with insight, warmth, and vision.

You'll need:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Queensland – Registration voluntary if eligible, not required
