Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and finalise strategy checklists
  • Attend strategy meeting with Planners
  • Prepare and finalise the strategy file note within the guidance provided of the Planner
  • Develop and draft strategies and present them to the Planner
  • Collection of client data and research in preparation for advice documentation
  • Collect and accurately input client data in xPlan
  • Research current insurance and investment details and accurately input the data in xPlan
  • Research possible insurance, investment and lending vehicles to ensure appropriate recommendations
  • Prepare and finalise advice documentation
  • Prepare and finalise advice documentation with reference to the Strategy file note, Modoras compliance requirements and research conducted
  • Scanning and indexing of documentation to the client folder ensuring all working papers are referenced
  • Attend joint appointments with Planners to encourage personal development
  • Client appointments are prepared for and attended when requested
  • Personal responsibility to keep up-to-date with industry knowledge relevant to the role
  • Assist in the ongoing development of advice templates
  • Provide suggestions to improve the current advice templates
  • Provide suggestions to improve the current functionality of xPlan
  • Ongoing development and drafting of the Advice templates to ensure continual improvement and adherence to the Modoras Compliance Standards
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, development, support and training to other staff
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to other staff members to ensure the entire team continues to outperform
  • Conduct skilling sessions for other staff as agreed and when requested by Management
  • Completion of other tasks as requested within the desired timeframe
  • Completion of other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office and business are completed as requested by the Management team
