**Role Overview:**

We seek a skilled professional to support our Advisory and Tax service lines by partnering with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and growth across the employee lifecycle.

  • Advise senior leaders on all people matters, including employee relations, performance, remuneration, engagement, inclusion, diversity, talent management, wellbeing, and turnover.
  • Lead and deliver initiatives that build capability, support business outcomes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support organisational change and transformation by providing expert advice and embedding solutions.

**Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role, ideally within a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into people outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of contemporary practices, employment law, and change management.
