Bring together your strong project management experience and passion for domestic and family violence (DFV) program delivery in this busy role.

The DFV project aims to deliver a full scope of initiatives by 30 June 2026. You will have excellent people leadership skills and be responsible for scope deliverables, project reporting, and broad stakeholder engagement across QCS and external agencies.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and driven service delivery project manager capable of navigating complex environments to achieve the best outcomes for Queensland, with a focus on quality and timely delivery of this critical project.

Primary Accountabilities
  1. Provide direction to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  2. Promote productive communication and positive working relationships.
  3. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of DFV perpetrator programs and initiatives.
  4. Identify and respond to project risks appropriately.
  5. Ensure projects meet required standards of quality, scope, time, and cost.
  6. Lead project management functions for the DFV Project across various issues.
  7. Prepare and manage project documentation and sensitive reports, including briefs and correspondence, in line with government guidelines.
  8. Manage and implement organizational change projects aligned with benefits realization.

Qualifications in project management are desirable but not mandatory.
