The Opportunity

This is a senior executive role for a commercially sharp, values-led country leader with a strong background in industrial software or B2B enterprise technology.

As Vice President Sales APAC, you'll own regional sales performance and provide overarching business leadership across cross-functional teams. Operating in a highly matrixed global organisation, you'll have both formal and informal authority to shape strategy, grow recurring revenues, and deepen relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders alike.

This is more than a quota-carrying leadership role - it's your chance to steer a critical growth region, attract and develop top talent, and play a central role in transforming industry through cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver regional commercial performance across Australia and the Pacific
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team with accountability for both net new business and customer retention
  • Provide matrix leadership across cross-functional teams in services, customer success, marketing, technical sales, and HR
  • Build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across key verticals (energy, infrastructure, mining, chemicals, utilities)
  • Represent the business in high-level industry and government engagements, championing the digital transformation agenda
  • Strengthen partner ecosystems and drive customer activation strategies that accelerate growth and improve long-term value
  • Contribute to global strategic priorities, translating corporate goals into local execution plans

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, ideally within industrial software, enterprise technology, or complex B2B environments
  • A credible country leader with strong command of the ANZ and wider Pacific market
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation, with and without formal authority
  • Commercially astute with deep expertise in enterprise sales, customer success, and partner/channel strategy
  • Strong industry relationships at senior executive level - both public and private sector
  • Passionate about technology's role in sustainability, innovation, and performance
  • Excellent communicator and people leader, known for inspiring teams and building trust across borders
