What you'll do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Sydney CBD, you will be entrusted with shaping the organisation's future talent pool by executing robust recruitment strategies targeting high-calibre MBA graduates and advanced degree holders from both local and international institutions. Your daily responsibilities will see you collaborating closely with senior managers, programme leads, HR partners, and global colleagues to ensure seamless execution of recruitment campaigns. You will take ownership of planning engaging events at top business schools, managing complex schedules for interviews and presentations while ensuring every candidate receives personalised attention throughout their journey. By leveraging data-driven insights from each campaign season, you will continuously refine processes to enhance outcomes. - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for MBA and advanced degree candidates in alignment with organisational targets and global guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional and global recruiting teams to ensure effective representation at key events and manage marketing initiatives across targeted business schools.
- Manage the annual recruiting calendar for local MBA programmes, coordinating event logistics, consultant participation, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate recruitment campaign outcomes by preparing detailed statistical analyses on yield rates and school success, presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee the full candidate relationship management process by identifying priority recruits, facilitating connections with employees, and maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support Associate Consultant graduate recruitment campaigns by partnering with relevant specialists to coordinate events, interview processes, and candidate management activities.
- Lead the end-to-end candidate selection process including application screening, interview scheduling, debriefing meetings, decision communications, and travel logistics for both candidates and interviewers.
- Utilise applicant tracking systems for accurate data entry, event management, candidate reporting, and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage closing processes for successful candidates by organising celebratory events, assigning mentors for individual support, and overseeing all related communications.
- Contribute as an active member of regional and global recruiting teams by sharing insights on best practices, participating in initiative teams, and driving implementation of new programmes.
