Your Impact

As our State Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our Sales team running at full speed. From managing day to day operations and onboarding new team members to coordinating local events and ensuring safety processes are followed, you'll be the go to support across the state. This is a dynamic, hands on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys variety and loves supporting others to succeed.

This is a part time role (22.8 hours weekly)

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate local office needs (e.g. stationery, drinks, couriers, business cards)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
• Maintain tools of trade and team resources (contact lists, uniforms, etc.)
• Act as a key point of contact for the Field Sales team, including Sales Hub support
• Coordinate logistics for local sponsorships, internal sales events and team activations
• Assist with coordination of team event needs such as stock, catering, travel and accommodation
• Track key safety and compliance metrics (RSA, licenses, training, safety tools)
• Support safe work practices and contribute to environmental compliance reporting
  
  

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative or sales operations role
• Experience in FMCG or consumer products highly regarded
• Background in team support or coordination, ideally in field or sales environments
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills with sharp attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and take initiative
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint with adaptability to navigate and understand internal systems
• Familiar with workplace safety and compliance tracking (desirable)
