Are you a Real Estate Administrator looking for your next challenge? An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Ray White WA corporate team as State Administrator & PA to the CEO.

The State Administrator & PA to the CEO will take on a central role in our Western Australian franchisor team,overseeing the activities of all our corporate staff on behalf of the State CEO, as well as ensuring that we continue to deliver our values and service promises to our members, and are up-to-date with all current legislation. This position offers a vast degree of involvement in and ownership over essential duties and responsibilities within the WA corporate team.

What you'll do:

  • Franchising - acting as the main point of contact for all offices, maintaining records and correspondence, and other duties including to ensure that the necessary processing, monitoring, collating, cross-checking, and analysis are completed in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding - working alongside the State CEO to coordinate and monitor all recruitment activity and training to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Finance - overseeing, approving, and processing all invoices and petty cash with the State CEO.
  • Administration & Human Resources -support employee onboarding, coordinate travel bookings (local & interstate), and review all staff applications as directed by the State CEO.
  • Event Management - support the national events team in organising and delivering all events, functions, conferences, and training sessions held throughout the year.
  • Complaints Handling - act as first point of contact for all complaints received via phone and email and liaise with relevant parties.
  • Communications - ensuring accurate and quality communication released by our office.
  • Franchisee Partnership (Business Plans) - responsible for coordination and production of office business plans and 6 monthly office reports alongsideState CEO and BDE team.
  • Network Compliance - assist State CEO in aiding business owners with any licensing and compliance issues.
  • Facility Management (12 The Esplanade, Perth) - oversee the efficient running of the corporate premises.

  • Real Estate Agents license preferred
