We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Operator to join our team at a premium retail site in Aspley.

Start Date: 6th August, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality cleaning services, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.
- Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

- Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday 16:00-23:36 & Friday 18:30-02:06.
- Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
- Previous supervisory experience will be highly regarded.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- High level of personal presentation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner.
- Excellent mobility and the ability to walk for long periods.
- A friendly and approachable disposition.
- A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience in using a ride-on scrubber is preferred but not essential.
