About the role
As a Contact Centre Operator, you will be responsible for responding to telephone, website, and email enquiries, managing bookings, and providing accurate quotes. You will contribute to achieving conversion targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work with multiple systems, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage bookings and customer requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates and customer retention.
- Accurately record and process customer interactions using relevant CRM and booking systems.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support Bridgestone's commitment to safety and sustainability.
About you
To perform successfully in this role you will demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for achieving conversion targets.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using CRM systems and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- A team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively toward shared goals.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sustainability practices.
