You now have the opportunity to join our growing business as an Account Manager based in and around Brisbane. This dynamic role ensures the effective delivery of controls services and solutions to customers, objectively achieving best in class reputation for the Automated Logic and Carrier brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Service Technicians, Engineers and support staff to deliver contractual obligations to customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, develop account plans and align solutions to our customer's targeted outcomes.
  • Provide input to enable industry leading service delivery and customer experience.
  • Provide leadership that delivers safe, compliant and highly effective solutions for customers.

Requirements
  • Successfully delivered in BMS, Energy, HVAC or general building automation roles.
  • Have proven people management and team-working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent integrity and ethical behavior.
