We're seeking motivated Event Assistants to support event operations, assist with setup and service delivery, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

This opportunity is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and teamwork, and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Whether you're looking to kickstart your career in hospitality or gain valuable experience in events, this is the place to start.

As a casual Event Assistant, you'll be part of a connected, supportive team that brings a wide variety of events to life, from private meetings and gala dinners to exhibitions, concerts, and sporting events. With our high standards and commitment to training, you'll receive the tools, knowledge and support to deliver exceptional guest experiences and grow your skills in the industry.

THE ROLE

As an Event Assistant, you'll be part of the team that brings events to life. Your tasks may vary from shift to shift and can include:

  • Food and beverage service
  • Room setup and pack down
  • Ushering guests and providing event support

No matter your specific duties on the day, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.

ABOUT YOU

We provide full training, so what matters most is your enthusiasm for hospitality and your passion for delivering exceptional service. To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Be impeccably presented and professional
  • Be engaging, energetic, and approachable
  • Have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
