This position is responsible for aiding with the coordination of Collage related events, including the provision of administrative, online ticketing, inbox management, and programme and collateral design support.

YOU WILL
Provide administrative support for events hosted and held across the College
Effectively manage the events inbox and take appropriate action
Prepare, organise and circulate contract lists and run sheets for events
Organise and prepare for event meetings, including for designated events
Administer online ticketing requirements, processing, and reports
Assist with the preparation of event Programmes and collateral design
Liaise with our logistics team to facilitate set up and pack down of events
Foster strong relationships with the College community and external stakeholders

YOU WILL BRING
Strong experience in Events administration and coordination
Demonstrated digital literacy, attention to detail, timely and accurate data entry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Sound organisational and problem solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Qualifications in Event Management well regarded
Working with Children blue card
Physical fitness to work across a vibrant campus and perform manual handing tasks
