Overview

Job Title and Location

Employment Specialist (on-site) – Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Comfortable liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working toward KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable employment for clients and employers;
  • Desire to be part of the atWork Australia family with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence;
  • NO PRIOR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
