Are you ready to shape how Australians manage their money every day? We're looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Transaction Accounts to lead strategy, innovation and delivery across a high-impact portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll drive product performance, customer experience and commercial outcomes — all while coaching a talented team and collaborating across agile squads.

Base pay range: A$240,000.00/yr - A$250,000.00/yr

What you'll be doing:
  • Strategising for impact – Own and evolve the roadmap for transaction accounts, including exciting propositions like subscriptions and mobile-first banking.
  • Driving innovation – Lead agile squads to deliver customer-centric enhancements and seamless digital journeys.
  • Owning performance – Share accountability for financial outcomes, monitor portfolio health and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Leading people – Coach and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity and customer obsession.
  • Growing the business – Design and execute acquisition, retention and engagement strategies that resonate with Gen Z, migrants and more.
  • Staying sharp – Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor moves to ensure offerings stay ahead of the curve.
