The Company

Their focus is on making proven Aesthetic treatments accessible to all which they are doing with great success.

The Role

Join their team of sales professionals to deliver consistent performance results in sales, territory development and strategic objectives in the promotion of their product portfolio across Eastern and Southern suburbs of Melbourne, including the Peninsula. You will be responsible for:

  • The execution and delivery of a territory business plan
  • Identifying key customers and thought leaders within the territory, while developing and maintaining relationships
  • Maintaining and exceeding the sales budget through targeting key customers
  • Monitoring the competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques by attending educational workshops
  • Demonstrating exceptional product and competitive knowledge and using it in planning and presenting sales pitches
  • Working collaboratively to deliver education and support to clients as required
  • Leveraging knowledge of key customers and KOLs to identify the territory network in the aesthetics community
The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree required, preference for Science, Nursing or Medical Science
  • 3-5 years' experience in B2B medical sales; aesthetic background, plastic surgery or dermatology with soft goods experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the aesthetic market (skincare, injectables or capital equipment) is ideal
  • Hunter mentality; capable of winning business and converting customers
  • Ability to run the territory with autonomy while being a collaborative team player
