The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full Time Senior Receptionist to join our Marion Domain team. This is an interesting role and will involve managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting doctors and medical staff as well as general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service including welcoming patients into the Centre, collecting and entering patient details, answering telephone calls and enquiries, scheduling appointments when required, and Reception duties
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Opening and closing the Medical Centre
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
