The State Library is seeking an enthusiastic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Manager, Compliance and Assurance. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team to deliver high-quality compliance and assurance services, empowering SLQ teams to excel in governance and accountability.

You'll play a key role in applying project management frameworks, risk management processes, and legislative compliance, ensuring the organisation operates with integrity and resilience.

As a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, Corporate Services, you'll provide strategic insights on risk, internal controls, and legislative changes. You'll also champion the State Library's First Nations Strategy, fostering a culturally safe and inclusive workplace.
