Acrow Engineering and Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across formwork, industrial services and commercial scaffolding in Australia. Enhancing our portfolio are falsework and shoring, screen solutions, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), complimented by our advanced engineering capabilities.

Central to our diverse operations is a talented administration team across our 15 locations Nationally. We currently have an opportunity to join our administration team as an Operations Assistant, in our Revesby Depot, which also serves as our Head Office.

Whilst key experience and capabilities are important for this role, what is more important is that you are solutions focused, and can thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Our Administration Team supports our Sales Team in providing reliable and effective services for key projects around the country.

Your day will consist of working with our clients and ensuring they get their equipment deliveries when they need them, to best support their project timelines. You will also take responsibility for documentation of deliveries and returns and ensuring timely communication both internally and externally.

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual, who has fantastic attention to detail.

The Fundamental Need To Haves

  • Experience in organising logistics schedules
  • Some experience in heavy industry
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Be a proactive team player
  • Be a problem-solver and solutions-generator
