Sales Operations Assistant

  • ASAP Start, Mon-Fri.

Job Overview :

Our client is a multinational home appliance manufacturer located in the Liverpool region. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support their commercial operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established global brand, providing vital administrative and customer support across various sales functions.

The role is primarily email-based, with limited phone interaction (mainly for outbound follow-ups on ETAs). You'll be instrumental in managing data integrity, supporting customer enquiries, and assisting with quote and order processing.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Commercial Pending Order Report Triage – monitor and manage pending orders
  2. ARP Returns Management – coordinate returns processing and documentation
  3. Customer Support – respond to ETA enquiries, perform stock checks, and handle urgent requests
  4. Quote Data Entry in C4C – input new quotes and assist with quote renewals
  5. Email Management – manage and respond to customer and internal email communications
  6. Outbound Follow-ups – make outbound calls to follow up on ETAs as needed
  7. Administrative Support – provide general support to the sales and operations teams

Ideal Background :

Experience in the following industries will be highly regarded :

  1. Manufacturing
  2. Appliances
  3. Project Management
  4. Commercial Building or Trades

Skills & Experience Required :

  1. Proficiency in SAP
  2. Experience with C4C (Cloud for Customer) or similar CRM systems
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  4. High level of data entry accuracy
  5. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  6. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  7. A proactive and collaborative attitude
