Our OpportunityResponsibilities
- Due to high demand and extensive growth trajectory, we are looking for a passionate business development manager to bring new insight and innovation. You will bring structure, direction, and a hands-on approach to manage sales and projects into the company. Reporting into the General Manager, some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:
- Sell NEPEAN branded products
- Build and foster strong relationships with customers
- Grow the sales pipeline
- Develop market/ channel strategies
- Manage key account planning initiatives, including high level negotiations
- Submit tenders and proposals
- Represent NEPEAN at industry and trade events
- Be part of a hard-working sales/estimations team

The PersonTo Be Considered For This Role You Will Have
- Experience in a similar role such as technical sales or account management in the heavy vehicle, industrial manufacturing, or mining industries
- A sales hunter
- Tertiary qualifications in either a trade or engineering are advantageous
- Possess a strong passion for engineering/technical solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for people
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
