We operate three Early Learning Centres (ELCs) in St Kilda East (rated exceeding in 2023), Mordialloc (rated exceeding in 2024), and Frankston (currently meeting, recent A&R participation awaiting results), with plans for growth into 2026. Our Head Office is located in Malvern.

Our Head Office team is close-knit, supporting centre-level staff to feel valued and empowered, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. We seek an exceptional individual to support our continued growth and pursuit of excellence.

THE ROLE

Your Week:

You will primarily work at our Malvern Head Office, supporting the Approved Provider and leadership team with high-level administrative tasks such as CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS, Kinder funding and fee processing, debt recovery, recruitment, policy development, survey creation, event management, and social media. Additionally, you will visit centres regularly to assist Centre Managers with tours, leads, enrolments, marketing, and re-enrolments for the following year.

As Leads/Enrolments Manager, you will market each centre's unique qualities via social media and internal platforms, manage tour bookings, leads, applications, offers (via our digital platform), and support families from offer to post-commencement check-in. You will collaborate closely with Centre Managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new families.

Approved Provider Support/Administration:

You will assist with head office responsibilities including:

  • Funding management and reporting (CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS, Kindergarten)
  • Policy development and review
  • Events calendar implementation and promotion
  • Management calendar support
  • Occupancy initiatives
  • Payroll and budget management
  • Fee, funding, and debtor management
  • Marketing materials, uniforms, and resources ordering
  • Staffing and recruitment support
  • Supporting initiatives for quality care and education
  • New centre setup

MUST HAVES:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood
  • At least 3 years leadership/administrative experience
  • Full driver's license
  • Advanced Qikkids knowledge
  • CRM experience (any platform) with leads/enrolment management
  • Solid understanding of CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS funding processes and reporting
  • Knowledge of Kindergarten funding and reporting
  • Understanding of Regulations/NQF/EYLF/VEYLDF
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting
  • Social media and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
