CabMaster Designer/Drafter Cabinet Maker

Role Description: This is a full-time role for a CabMaster Designer/Drafter Cabinet Maker, located on-site in Gladstone Park, VIC.
Responsibilities- Collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for client projects
- Liaising with the production team to ensure smooth project implementation
- Providing excellent customer service and project management throughout the design and delivery process
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials and techniques
- Complete order forms for purchases
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and workflows
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cabinet making design and estimating role
- Proficiency in using Cab Master software for creating detailed 3D designs
- Strong technical skills in cabinet construction, materials and finishes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade qualifications or a background in carpentry and joinery
