About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the skilled team at Keele Industries as a Cabinet Maker/Shopfitter. In this full-time position, you will be based in our Brunswick, Victoria workshop, working on interesting and a variety of shop fitting type projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality custom & architectural designed work
  • Operating a range of machinery and hand tools to fabricate and assemble jobs
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workshop to support efficient and safe work practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes and capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in Cabinet Making/ Shopfitting
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing work to the highest quality standards
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, polite and friendly attitiude
