Are you a qualified cabinet maker ready to take the next step in your career? Or an experienced foreman looking for your next challenge? 3D Cabinets is growing fast, and we're on the lookout for a driven, hands-on Cabinet Maker Foreman to lead our talented team and help take our production to the next level.

The Role:

You'll be leading a team of 8 skilled staff in our workshop and working closely with our Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Installers to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency
  • Manage, support, and mentor workshop staff
  • Maintain workflow to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with management and installation teams for project timelines
  • Monitor OH&S practices and maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace
  • Ensure quality control throughout the production process
  • Assist with problem-solving and decision-making on the floor
About You:
  • Trade qualified Cabinet Maker (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Team Leader in a cabinet-making or joinery workshop is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry production and installation processes
  • Excellent communication skills – confident liaising across teams and levels
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Skilled at motivating and guiding a team towards shared goals
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
