Position Summary

We are looking for someone who enjoys customer interaction to support our current sales team in providing account management to our existing client base. A recent graduate with a marketing/business degree would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the senior sales staff in the following:
  • Act as one of the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and job updates.
  • Maintain a dynamic WIP to ensure all relevant departments have the most up to date information.
  • Coordinate with pre-press, production, and design teams to ensure timely and accurate job setup.
  • Manage proofing process, including variable data proofs, and facilitate client approvals.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before jobs go to press.
  • Monitor job progress and proactively communicate updates or delays to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of job history, customer preferences, and communication.
  • Assist with quotes, invoicing questions, and post-job follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.

You must be an Australian Citizen to apply

Nice to Have
  • Experience with file review/proofing (PDFs, artwork files).
  • Experience working with customer management, workflow and estimating software.
  • Knowledge of direct mail and AusPost requirements.
  • Background in print production or production coordination.
