About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be providing fitment advice, processing sales enquiries, and helping ensure our products are dispatched smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) with a friendly and professional attitude
• Provide accurate fitment advice and product recommendations to trade and retail customers
• Follow up promptly on quotes and outstanding orders
• Upsell related products (e.g., tyres) where appropriate
• Occasionally support the warehouse during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
• Open to occasionally manual handling
• Experience in customer service is highly regarded, but not essential – we're willing to train the right person

Desirable (but not essential):

• Automotive knowledge or a passion for cars and wheels
