About the Role: As an Account Manager under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader, you will manage a portfolio of residential real estate agency clients across South Australia. Your responsibilities will include phone and field sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, promote new product adoption, and build brand loyalty to establish Domain as a key business partner.

The South Australia team is close-knit, regularly socializes in the office, and has experienced recent growth in revenue and accounts, creating a vibrant and dynamic environment for new team members.

Typical Daily Activities:

  1. Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses through close collaboration.
  2. Solution-selling across Domain's product portfolio to improve client outcomes.
  3. Manage all sales cycle stages from initial meetings to contract execution and reporting.
  4. Present insights to stakeholders and participate in customer events.
  5. Implement strategies for business growth.
  6. Support key account activities during busy periods.
  7. Maintain relationships and introduce new products to meet client needs.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries efficiently.
  9. Gather market intelligence on competitors and market conditions.
  10. Enhance industry knowledge on tech solutions for residential real estate.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or SaaS industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel across the territory.
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills.
  • Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Preferred Skills:

  • Face-to-face sales experience.
  • Experience in insight-driven selling.
  • High energy and curiosity, with a proactive mindset.
