As we continue to grow, we're looking for a State Manager to lead our team and take our business to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the on-site team to achieve business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Driving sales performance and lead conversion by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and growing Karmo's market presence.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, dealership networks, and external suppliers to support business growth.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service that reinforces brand values and enhances the client experience.
  • Overseeing operational efficiency, compliance, and reporting on KPIs across subscriptions, customer engagement, and financial performance.
  • Using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Positioning Karmo as the preferred vehicle subscription provider through strategic marketing and advocacy.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Background in automotive or fleet management, sales, or operations.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, develop new business, and manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Experience in subscription-based business models.
  • Exposure to large-scale business expansion initiatives
