About the Position

As
State Manager QLD
, you'll lead our Queensland business and play a pivotal role in the national leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership & Growth
  – driving state-level strategy aligned with national objectives, delivering revenue, margin and market growth
• Leading High-Performance Teams
  – inspiring and developing a skilled, engaged team across sales, yard operations, logistics, product management and customer service
• Customer & Sales Leadership
  – building key customer relationships, growing major accounts, and driving new business development programs

This role offers scope to make a real impact – shaping our Queensland business, expanding our market presence, and contributing to national strategy.

About You

• 3+ years senior leadership experience in timber, building products, or wholesale/distribution.
• A natural people leader, passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams & developing long-term career pathways.
• Commercially astute, great with strategy, with a strong record of financial management and sales growth.
• Customer driven with demonstrated success in sales growth and client relationship management.
• Ambitious, energetic and hungry for more success.
• Additional qualifications in business, finance, leadership or continuous improvement will be highly regarded.
