Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers.

The Virtual Relationship Management (VRM) Crew is responsible for designing and implementing go to market propositions using Agentic AI approaches which would plug into branch, digital, call centre and RM managed capabilities. This forms the future of AI driven distribution for the Business Bank and sits with the CCD Domain.

Do work that matters

Reporting into the Crew Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of customer facing conversations, generated through the outputs of a multi agent system (MAS) across digital and assisted channels. You will be owning the build and ongoing maintenance of legal and compliance agents, and the overall accreditation of the VRM system.

An influential leader with a track record in mentoring, developing and inspiring high-performance technology product teams, you will have a history of promoting an inclusive culture where colleagues are engaged and that they feel proud to be part of. You have a detailed understanding of legal and compliance considerations as it relates to financial advice and planning and have previously led implementations of innovative financial products and solutions that operate within regulatory constraints. Furthermore, you will have a demonstrable track record in developing clear tech led product value propositions, market positioning (internal and external), and roadmaps that are directly linked to customer benefits and with clear, sustainable competitive advantages.

Demonstrable executive level stakeholder management skills will be required to enable the promotion of your team's ideas, management of conflicting priorities and challenging of others where appropriate, facilitating and gaining consensus through those interactions. An understanding of key considerations in building commercial distribution/channel propositions will be helpful.

We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Possess

• Demonstrated people management and leadership experience of high performing product teams with experience leading projects and delivering change.
• Financial planning / compliance / financial advisor background with a detailed understanding of regulations and compliance considerations as it relates to conversational systems.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI including awareness of key challenges and opportunities and passionate about improving customer relationship management.
• Strong strategic thinking and a drive to get things done. Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously.
• Detail orientation while still being able to see the bigger picture, with excellent commercial judgement.
• Extensive senior stakeholder management experience, leading change, delivering clear communications and delivering on a strategic agenda.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
